Welcome to Tweak ("App"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App, which is operated by Susannah Healy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If you make purchases through the App (e.g., subscriptions or one-time fees), you agree to:

Provide valid and authorized payment information
Be charged through our third-party payment processor Stripe
Comply with the billing terms presented at the time of purchase

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App (e.g., text, images, logos, code) are owned by or licensed to Susannah Healy and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Stripe, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available"
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Susannah Healy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dublin, Ireland.
