This Support and Copyright Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Tweak, operated by Susannah Healy, provides user support and handles intellectual property rights. This Policy applies to users of the Tweak mobile application (“App”) available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

1. User Support Policy

We aim to respond to support inquiries within 3 business days.

b. Support Hours

Our standard support hours are:

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT)

• Excluding public holidays in Ireland

c. What We Support

We provide support for:

• Installation and setup issues

• Feature usage guidance

• Reporting bugs and technical problems

• Payment-related inquiries

• Account access issues

We do not offer support for:

• Device-specific problems outside the app (e.g., OS bugs, third-party app conflicts)

• Jailbroken or rooted devices

• Modifications or unauthorized use of the App

2. Copyright Policy

a. Ownership

All content, materials, and software in the App—including text, graphics, logos, designs, icons, interface, functionality, and underlying code—are the property of Susannah Healy or licensed appropriately and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, create derivative works from, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

b. User-Generated Content

Where the App allows for user-generated content (e.g., profile information, uploaded images), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it within the App and services. You are solely responsible for content you submit and must not upload anything that:

• Infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks

• Is unlawful, defamatory, or offensive

• Violates any platform rules or local law.

• For your protection, do not upload any personal content you do not wish others to be able to view, such as profile picture, full name etc. 

c. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA/GDPR)

If you believe that any content in the App infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with the following:

• Your full name and contact information

• A description of the copyrighted work

• The exact location in the App where the infringement occurs

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rightful copyright owner

• Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond promptly in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), EU Copyright Directive, or other applicable laws.

d. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other global copyright laws, we reserve the right to terminate user access for repeat copyright infringements.

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in law or how we operate the App. Updates will be posted within the App or on the website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
