“5 Day To More Meaning” is a course for anyone who wants to become active in ensuring they have no regrets at the end of their life – who want to make a difference for others and live a life that complements their own strengths so that they live the life they were supposed to live – to fulfil their purpose.
This sense of meaning and purpose is available to all of us. I have worked with and coached people from all walks of life – many of whom thought their own situation was different – or not so open to meaning. But the great thing about meaning is that, unlike other types of happiness, it can be found even in times of severe stress.
The “5 Days To More Meaning” course is comprised of 5 daily animated videos which I narrate, and a “Practical Pointers” booklet. All materials are downloaded in to your inbox as soon as you join us so you can watch them at a time that suits you. Each video is approximately 15 minutes long. Then you open your “Practical Pointers” booklet which provides exercises, tips and links to make sure you apply what you learn in the videos to your personal circumstances. Each day, these exercises will take you another 15 minutes. So that means you will need to set aside just half an hour a day for 5 days. I know your time is precious – but so are your hopes for your life. Almost everyone needs to make some changes.
